The construction of harmonious campus plays special important role in the construction of harmonious society. In order to make the instructors play a role in the construction of harmonious campus, the construction of instructor team must be enhanced. This paper discusses the role and advantage of the instructors of colleges and universities in the construction of harmonious campus and gives suggestions for consolidating the construction of instructor team.
