摘要 目前,煤矿井下工作面基本靠人工通讯,很难满足企业高效生产,安全管理的需求。特别是大矿的工作面,迫切需要建立一套轻便高效的无线通讯系统。提出了基于Zigbee的井下长距离无线通讯系统的设计,详细介绍了系统组成、硬件结构,并对实验结果进行了的分析。系统采用链式组网,能够满足井下通信的要求,整个系统结点具有能量检测功能,通过信号指示灯可以很直观地了解接收机的信号强度,为井下快速布网提供了强有力的保证。实验系统证明,整个系统在井下工作面具有良好的通信效果,通信距离达到了2 km,基本可以满足井下工作面的通信要求。 At present, the communication in mines based on the human,it is difficult to satisfy the need of enterprises'efficient production and safety management. Especially large mining operations urgently need to establish an efficient set of portable wireless communication systems. This paper proposes a long - distance wireless communications systems based on Zigbee underground design. The component of system and structure of hardware are discussed in detail in the paper, The results of experiment are given a detailed analysis. Chain network systems satisfy the requirement of underground communications. The entire system has energy node detection function and can be very intuitive understanding the intensity of light signals through the receiver signal which guarantee the rapid distribution of network underground, Experiments prove that the whole system has good communication results in underground work. The communications distance reached 2 km that meet the basic communication requirements.
