摘要
有效地实施测量系统分析是获得高质量的测量数据的关键。介绍了MSA的基本内容及其软件设计,给出了MSA软件的程序流程结构,简要介绍了软件的各功能模块。使用Visual Basic和Visual C++混合编程来实现MSA软件的设计,最后给出了采用均值-极差法和方差分析法进行R&R评定的应用示例和线性分析示例。
It is the key that measurement system analysis is carried into execution efficiently to get high quality measure data. The elementary content of MSA is presented as well as a software design for MSA. The program flow chart of MSA is given and basic functions of the software are introduced briefly in this article. The design of the MSA software has been realized by the mixed programme of Visual Basic and Visual C^++. Finally,the Xbar- R and ANOVA methods are used to assess R&R as an example,as well as linearity analysis.
