履约阶段的合同管理是建设项目合同管理的重中之重。本文从发包人、承包人和监理人三个不同的角度就其各自在合同履行阶段合同管理工作的重点内容进行归纳、总结、分析，并提出了自己的一些看法。

The contract management during the contract implementing period is an important part of the contract management of construction project. Party issuing contract, contractor and supervisor who play different roles, have different responsibilities and obligations, and implement contract separately. In the paper, the key point of contract implementation is analyzed and concluded for work communication and reference.
