宽严相济刑事政策是党和国家在当前新形势下惩治犯罪对策,构建和谐社会的理性选择。作为检察机关,如何正确理解和贯彻宽严相济的刑事政策,更好地为构建社会主义和谐社会服务,是当前司法工作中的重大课题。在此,本文结合司法实践对贯彻宽严相济的刑事政策的理解和适用等问题作一初步探讨。

The criminal policy of both leniency and strict is a rational choice for the party and the country in the current new situation to pt, nish crime and to build a harmonious society. As procuratorial organs, how to correctly understand and carry out the criminal policy of both leniency and strict, and provide better services to build a socialist harmonious society is the major issue in the current administration of justice. At this point, this paper has a preliminary study on the understanding and application of the criminal policy of both leniency ,and strict combining with judicial practice.
