针对我国引导侦查取证工作在其应用方面还存在着很多盲点的现状,本文从引导侦查取证工作的特点、内容界定、工作方式以及存在和应该注意的问题等方面,就检察机关如何引导侦查取证工作进行分析。

According to the status quo of many blind spots still existing in its application of guiding the investigation and evidence-gathering work in China. The paper analyzed how to guide the investigation and evidence-gathering work in the procuratorial organs from the characteristics, definition, work methods and the problems of guiding the investigation and evidence-gathering work.
