Prevent conflicts of interest and prevent corruption crime

本文借鉴西方防止利益冲突法的相关理论,指出当前我国较为普遍的利益冲突是造成腐败犯罪现象产生的重要原因之一,进而分析了造成我国利益冲突现象严重的原因,提出以法律手段和制度途径防止利益冲突,是预防腐败犯罪,完善当前我国廉政立法的重要环节。

In view of the related theory of the West law of preventing conflict of interest, this article pointed out that China＇s current common conflict of interest is the important reason to cause the phenomenon of corruption crime and analyzed the reasons that caused serious conflicts of interest in China. It put forward that using leg＇,d means and system to prevent conflicts of interest is the impgrtant part to prevent corruption crime and improve China＇s current legislation of the independent commission against corruption.
