对我国民事诉讼法基本原则修改的思考

Thinking of amending the basic principle of China's Code of Civil Law

在对现行民事诉讼法进行全面修订之际,本文拟从基本原则的完善入手,以民事诉讼法基本原则的内涵为基点,对现行法律条文作以审视和完善,提出关于民事诉讼法基本原则体系的构想,以期对我国民事诉讼法的修改提供有益参考。

In conducting a comprehensive revision of current Code of Civil Law, this paper started with the perfect of the basic principles, on the basis of the principles of the Code of Civil Law, and to examine and improve the existing legal provisions. It put forward the thought of the basic principles system of Code of Civil Law with a view to provide a useful reference for the amendment to China＇s Code of Civil Law .
