Attention Should Be Paid to All-round Development of Capable Students in Colleges and Universities

高校强势学生群体的存在是我国高等教育改革和发展过程中不容忽视的问题。当前,高校思想政治工作不应仅仅只关注弱势学生群体,同时也要给予强势学生群体必要的关注,及时掌握和了解这些学生的动态以及存在的问题,以便为科学合理地展开大学生强势群体的思想政治工作提供依据。

It can not be overlooked that there are capable students in colleges and universities during the reformation and development of education. Currently, not only the incapable students but also the capable students should be paid necessary attention to in college and universities. Timely mastering and knowing the trends and existing issues of these students can provide us with foundation which can help us to carry on our ideological and political work for these capable students scientifically and reasonably.
