组织是一切管理活动取得成功的基础。教育技术项目管理作为教育技术领域一种新型的管理方式,其组织结构与传统组织有不同之处。以"项目经理"为矩阵式组织结核心的"矩阵式项目组织结构"能够有效避免传统职能型组织的缺点。教育技术项目组织设计应遵循权变原则和责权对称原则。

Organization is the basis of success in management. Educational technology project management, a new form of management in educational technology, is different from traditional management in organization. This paper analyses the matrix of project organization and the project manager, the core in matrix and then proposes some principles for designing educational technology project organization.
