摘要
对学位和学位制度理解程度的高低关系到高校人才培养质量的好坏,欧美发达国家的学位制度经过多年发展已逐渐成熟和完善,多样化的学位体系构建以及对于学位和研究生教育质量的控制成为这些国家学位制度合理性的体现。我国的学位制度由于认识程度和政策法规等方面的原因,仍然存在不尽人意之处。借鉴欧美发达国家学位制度的特点,对我国学位制度的改进将带来积极的作用。
How academic degrees and the academic degree system are understood determines the quality of talent education at institutions of higher learning. The academic degree system in developed countries has grown mature after many years of development and its rationality is manifested by the construction of a system with di- versified academic degrees and the control over the quality of academic degrees and graduate education. In contrast, the Chinese academic degree system leaves much to be desired, due to inadequacy in awareness and policy. Learning from the Western system will contribute to the improvement of the Chinese academic degree system.
