摘要
目前,棉花在收获后的装车以及棉花加工厂籽棉的转运过程中没有合适的装载机械。针对这一状况,结合吊装机械和码头散货抓斗的工作原理,设计了用于装载棉花的抓斗式装载设备,介绍了整机结构方案以及各部件的设计和参数选择;该机具采用电力驱动,取物装置参考用于码头抓取散货的电动抓斗,一次可抓取400kg籽棉,符合当前棉花运输及加工中的实际需要。
At present, no appropriate machine to load and transfer the cotton in the process of loading cotton and the factory of processing cotton. Combining the theory of crane and grab bucket by using loading bulk cargo, a new grab loader for loading cotton was studied to settle this problem. The paper introduces the designed project and the selection of main parameters. This machine uses electrical power, electrical grab used in dock for reference. The device can grab 400kg cotton once, so it can meet the actual demand of transportation and processing of cotton.
