溶液法合成液晶聚酰胺中溶剂体系的选择 被引量:1

The choice of solvent system in synthesizing liquid crystalline polyamide by using solution method

摘要 采用直接缩聚法合成高分子量的热致液晶聚酰胺时,提出在选择溶剂体系时,要综合考虑混合溶剂和复合溶剂的作用,提高聚酰胺的溶解力,达到合成高分子量聚酰胺(比浓对数粘度为1.063 dl/g)的目的,从而得到介晶稳定的液晶相. Mixed solvent and compound solvent should be considered to increase the solvency of polyamlde and to obtain the stable thermotropic liquid crystalline polyamide ( ηinh = 1.063 dl/g) of high molecular weight in the process of synthesizing high molecular weight polyamide by using direct polycondensation.
