溶液插层法制备阻燃聚丙烯腈纤维的初步尝试

摘要 用溶液插层法对制备阻燃聚丙烯腈纤维进行了初步尝试,对二甲基甲酰胺插层的高岭土与聚丙烯腈溶液共混体系的流动性能及共混复合物样品的燃烧性能进行了研究,并且用红外光谱和X-射线衍射对聚合物样品进行了结构分析与表征。结果表明:部分聚丙烯腈大分子插入到了高岭土片层之间,使高岭土层间距有一定程度的增大。共混复合物的阻燃性能得到一定改善,极限氧指数从18%提高到了22%;同时共混复合物的耐热性能得到一定改善。 A new study on flame retardant acrylic fiber made by solution intercalation was carried out. dimethyl formamide intercalated kaolinite (DMF-kaolinite) was blended with polyacrylonitrile-dimethyl formamide (PAN-DMF) aqueous solution. Both the flow property and flame retardant property were investigated. IR and X-ray diffraction indicateded that the interlay spacing of DMF had been expanded, which was attributed to the fact that PAN had been intercalated into the layer of the DMF. The LOI of the blend was enhanced from 18 % to 22 %, which revealed that the flame retardant property had been improved. In addition, thermal stability of the blend was enhanced to some degree.
