摘要 论述了一种应用可编程计算机控制器技术的卷绕机控制系统结构及其设计方法。经实际应用证明:该系统控制精度优于±0.2%,从而满足卷绕速度的控制精度在±(2%~3%)之内的要求,符合化纤生产优等品的工艺条件。此设计方法为在化纤生产过程中灵活应用提供了依据和手段,对提高化纤装备现代化水平具有实用价值,是实现卷绕机高速化和自动化的重要环节。 A kind of computer control system with programmable computer controller was established on the basis of control technique. The foundations and measures of flexible application for winding building were provided. It had an important practical value for improving the modernization level of chemical fiber e- quipment. It was also of vital importance for high speed winding machine. The proposed system had been applied. The performance test showed that the control deviation was accurate to within 0.2 % and the rate of variation in winding speed was lower than 3 %.
