摘要
课程改革的根本追求就是最大程度地实现或提升课程效能。要实现这一目标,就要在课程文化价值观念的变革中,以学校为改革的依托点,对教师素养发展和课程体制进行同步变革。
The ultimate goal of curriculum reform is to promote curriculum effectiveness to the highest degree. To obtain this goal, the most important precondition is to change curriculum culture, and curriculum reform as an integrated whole should takes the school reform as basis, simultaneously advances teachers" development and the curriculum system reform.
