摘要
目的了解护士长对现代护理管理排班原则的执行和具体落实情况。方法采用自制的《护士长排班原则执行情况调查表》对排班护士长和所在病室各层次护士进行调查。调查表由10条闭合式条目和1条开放式条目组成，闭合式条目回答问题分4个等级。结果52位护士长和230名护士参与了调查，其中护士长认为排班优良率达99．2％；护士认为排班的优良率为96．2％，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论绝大多数护士长能应用现代护理管理的排班原则指导护理排班，护士长的排班安排得到大多数护士的认同，但护士长和护士对排班的感知仍存在有一定的差异。
Objective In order to know the carrying out condition of nursing arrangement among head nurses. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to interview 52 head nurses and 230 nurses in different departments about the carrying out condition of nursing arrangement, and then analyzed the data of it. Results The satisfactory degree about nursing arrangement in the nurses was 96.2%, while percentage in the head nurses was 99.2%, the difference was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Most head nurses could arrange nursing cares according to modem nursing management ideas, which were agreed by major clinical nurses, while there were still some differences of cognition between head nurses and clinical nurses.
