摘要
为了改变旋翼转速放大器测试技术较为落后的情况,提出了采用计算机检测技术、数字电子技术、光电隔离技术实现直升机旋翼转速放大器自动测试的方法。根据旋翼转速放大器信号特征,研究了信号源设计、数据采集和软件可靠性等关键技术,设计出结构简单、性能可靠的测试仪,并给出了测试仪硬件设计和软件设计思路。采用LabWindows/CVI7.0作为软件开发平台,具有良好的人机界面,测试方便、快捷、准确。经过使用证明,测试仪具有易于操作、测试灵活、检测效率高等优点,有很高的经济效益。
In order to improve the testing technique of the gyroplane rotate speed adjusting amplifier, the paper puts forward a method of automatic test for helicopter gyroplane rotate speed amplifier by using computer test technique, digital electronic technique and optics electronic isolation technique. According to the charac- teristics of gyroplane rotate speed amplifier signals, the paper discusses the key techniques of signal source designing and data collecting and software reliability etc, and designs simple and reliable test instrument, and gives design thought of hardware and software. It provides good interface by using LabWindows/CVI as the software development platform. Practice shows that the test instrument possesses the advantages of simplify operation, easy test, high test efficiency. It has great economic benefit.
