摘要
关注民生,找准基本问题;清除障碍,着力解决社会主要矛盾,是重庆在城镇化建设中首先应当理清的思路。从构建和谐重庆,执政为民,化解矛盾,减少不和谐因素为切入点,分析问题,提出对策,探索科学发展之路,实现富民兴渝、全面建设小康社会的战略目标。
The first step of constructing urbanization of Chongqing is to find the basic problems regarding human existence and to remove obstacles and to solve main social contradiction. Based on constructing harmonious Chongqing, ruling the Party for the people, solving contradiction and reducing unharmonious factors, this paper points out the strategic objective for exploring scientific development, realizing enrichment of people to vitalize Chongqing and constructing well - off all - round society.
