摘要
德育过程的理论是确定德育方针、原则、途径和方法的理论基础,也是德育学理论体系中核心内容之一。值得注意的是,德育过程包含了相互作用的两个方面,一是教育者对受教育者实施德育的过程,二是受教育者对德育的接受过程。显然,德育的效果不仅取决于教育者实施德育的过程,更取决于受教育者接受德育的过程。然而,在德育实践中,人们有意或无意地将德育过程等同于前一过程,以致将受教育者视为被动的接受客体,在德育方法、途径上显得简单、机械,导致德育的功能没有得到充分发挥,德育的实效性也较低。
The theory of ideological education process is the theoretical basis to determine guideline, principle, path and method of the ideological education and is also one of the core contents of ideologically theoretical education system. The important thing is that ideological education process includes two interactive aspects such as the process that educators conduct ideological education for acecptors and acceptant process of education acceptors, It is obv/ous that the effect of ideological education not only depends on the process which educators implement ideological education but also relies on the process which education acceptors accept ideological education. However, in the practice of ideological education, people always consciously and unconsciously hold that ideological education process is equal to front process so as to regard education acceptors as passive acceptant objects. Simple and mechanical methods and paths of ideological education can not bring the function of ideological education into fully play but lead to lower time effect.
