灰色关联法在大学生就业形势分析中的应用

目前对大学生就业问题的分析方法普遍采用数理统计方法,其它方法应用很少。数理统计法要求有较长时间数据,并且只能作简单的单个因素的分析,故对较短时间的综合各因素的就业形势的分析适用性不强。本文探讨了运用灰色理论中的灰色关联法,分析大学生就业形势的合理性,实践证明,灰色关联法在统计数据较少的情况下,能够综合各个因素准确地反映就业形势。

The main way of analysis the situation of the employment of college students is mathematical statistics and with few other ways. The way of mathematical statistics need long term data and only for one factor, not suit for short time and some more factors. For this we explored the rationality of the way of gray correlative method to analysis the situation of the employment of college students. And found that it can reflect the situation of the employment of college students exactly with few data.
