思想政治工作者的积极性是做好新时期思想政治工作的前提和保证。激励思想政治工作者的积极性,要做到充分满足他们的正当需要,要从实际出发,并要恰当地运用物质激励和精神激励相结合的方法。同时应注重科学性,因人而异,注意引导,注意时机和连续性。

The initiative of ideological and political workers is the premise and guarantee of the ideological and political work.
