摘要
以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和酒石酸(TA)为原料合成了NCO基封端的预聚体,用聚乙二醇(PEG400)进行扩链反应,合成了水溶性较好的聚氨酯配体,再与Cr(Ⅲ)络合,制备了聚氨酯-铬(Ⅲ)络合物。讨论了反应时间、反应温度等对聚氨酯配体合成反应的影响。结果表明,预聚和扩链阶段的最佳反应温度和时间分别为60℃、1h和75℃、3h。FTIR、DSC、TGA和NMR等表征结果表明,所得的聚氨酯配体及其铬(Ⅲ)络合物为目标产物。
A aqueous polyurethane ligand was obtained from a pre-polymer based on tolylene diisocyanate (TDI), tartaric acid (TA) and chain extender polyethylene glycols 400 (PEG400), and then a polyurethane-chro- mium ( Ⅲ ) complex was prepared by the polyurethane ligand coordinating with chromium ( Ⅲ ). The effects of sev- eral factors on preparation of the polyurethane ligand, such as reaction time and temperature were discussed. The temperature and time of pre-polymerization and chain extending reaction were determined as 60℃, l h and 75℃ 3h. The polyurethane ligand and its chromium(Ⅲ) complex were characterized by FTIR, DSC,TGA and NMR.
