聚醚型芳香族水性聚氨酯乳液的制备和性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚二醇(N210)为主要原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水性扩链剂,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和乙二胺(EDA)为小分子扩链剂,采用预聚体法合成了系列聚醚型芳香族水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了中和度、乳化时加水速度、乳化扩链温度、乙二胺(EDA)加入量对聚氨酯乳液及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,中和度控制在100%,乳化时加水速度控制在100mL/min,乳化和扩链温度控制在0~5℃、EDA用量为扩链剂理论用量的60%时,所得到的聚醚型芳香族水性聚氨酯乳液及胶膜综合性能最好。 A series of polyester type aqueous aromatic polyurethane (PU) dispersions were synthesized from polyether N210, toluene-isocyanate (TDI-80) , dimethylol propionic(DMPA) , butylenes diol(BDO) and ethylene diamine(EDA) as chain extenders using prepolymer mixing process. The effect of neutralization, water addition rate, dispersed and chain extended temperature, ethylene diamine addition content on the properties of the polyure- thane dispersions were carefully studied. Results showed that when the neutralization was 100% , water addition rate was 100 mL/min, dispersed and chain extended temperature was between 0℃ and 5℃ , ethylene diamine ad- dition content and NCO molar ratio was 0.6, properties of the dispersion and mechanical properties of the film cas- ted from the dispersion were the best.
