本文将耳鸣患者38例，通过辨证分型，分为风热侵袭，肝火上扰，痰火郁结，肾精亏损及脾肾虚弱等型，各型取不同穴位针刺治疗，疗程2～38天，总有效率为92．1％，无不良反应出现。

Thirty eight patients with the nervous tinnitus were classified by differential classification and treated by acupuncture.The treatment course was 2-38 days. The overall effective rate was up to 92. 1％ and no side effect appeared.
