碳颗粒鼻粘膜下充填术治疗萎缩性鼻炎

Treatment of Atrophic Rhinitis with Filling Carbon Pellets in Nasal Submucousa

本文采用碳颗粒对32例重度萎缩性鼻炎患者行鼻粘膜下充填术。术后随访6～24个月，结果：痊愈18例，显效2例，有效2例，未出现排斥反应及脱落现象，是较理想的人工材料。

Twenty-two patients with serious atrophie rhinits were treated with filling carbon pellels in nasal submucousa. After opefation, all twenty-two patients experienced follow-up of six to twenty-four months,eighteen patients having been cured,two patients been significalltly improved and two patients been improved. No rejection and loss appeared.
