As globalization is gathering momentum, the rule of law in international business circle has become the pursuit of global justice in order to realize worldwide benefits and guarantee basic human rights. There is no doubt that the rule of law in international business circle is the reasonable choice in order to meet the challenge of globalization. This paper discusses the practical ways for the realization of global management by analyzing the contradictions and conflicts confronted with international business relations under the background of globalization.
