摘要
对２３例原发性输尿管肿瘤的影像学检查方法及征象，结合手术及病理诊断进行了分析对比，认为逆行尿路造影是诊断输尿管肿瘤最重要的方法。根据其典型Ｘ线征象，可与其它占位性病变进行鉴别诊断。
The Authors reviewed radiological examinations and signs of 23 patients with primary tumors of the ureter, Comparing with the results of surgical operation and pathology Authors believe that retroureteropyelography is the most primal means to diagnose primary tumors of the ureter The differential diagnosis of primary ureteric neoplasms and other occupying diseases can be completed,according to it's typical radiological signs
