摘要
蚁群算法是一种新型的模拟进化算法,其模拟的是蚁群依赖信息素进行通信,通过对候选解组成的群体的进化来寻求最优解。本文通过引入蚁群理论来解释和分析劳动力在劳动市场中如何实现其就业搜寻过程,以及在搜寻过程中就业服务机构如何通过控制就业成本,调整网络信息素来实现对整个劳动力市场的控制和优化。最后,本文还引入了成都市劳动力资源调查活动中的相关数据对本文中的模型进行了验证分析,分析结果表明劳动力就业搜寻通过劳动服务机构的调节,缩短了成功就业搜寻时间。
The Ant Colony Algorithm is a kind of new emulated evolution algorithm, which imitates dependence information of ant colony to carry on correspondence, and searches the superior solution by the evolution of the community that constitutes to the candidate. The paper explains and analyzes how to realize employing searching for the labor force based on ant colony theories in the information network,and how to realize control and optimization of the labor market for the employment serving organization by regulating the information network pheromone during the searching process. At last, the paper test the model using the Chengdu labor resources.
