解脲支原体的PCR快速检测技术在临床上的应用

采用聚合酶链反应（PCR）技术扩增解脲支原作429bpDNA片段靶基因，检测2096例临床疑为非淋菌感染、阴道炎病人宫颈分泌物，检出阳性784例，阳性率为37．40％。

The cervical secretions of 2096 cases suspected to the patients with nongonorrheal vaginitis were detected by polyrnerase chain reaction (PCR) which amplified the target gene segments (429 bp DNA ) of ureaplasma urealy ticum. As a result, 784 cases were positive and the positive rate was 37. 40%.
