The setters in volleyball are key players. They axe expected to have fairly good ideological quality as well as comparatively high technical and tactical level. This thesis explores cultivating the ideological quality of the setters in volleyball from several aspects, such as the setters＇accomplishment in self- cultivating, the effects of the coaches, etc.
