摘要
采用乳液聚合的方法可获得直径200nm左右的聚氰基丙烯酸酯纳米颗粒。利用TEM研究了聚氰基丙烯酸酯纳米颗粒的形成的影响因素和形貌结构控制因素.结果表明聚氰基丙烯酸酯纳米颗粒的尺寸及其表面形态与初始单体浓度、搅拌速度、反应时间、pH值和非离子表面活性剂添加量密切相关.
Though the latex polymerization with stability (Dextran), the polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticle with a size significantly approximately 200nm is preduced. Using TEM we study technics condition, the combination state and the mechanism betwcon'polybutylcyanoacrylate and Dextran, and it's effect factors. The result is that the size and the surface morphology of PBCA relative to concentration of origin material, ditto speed, reaction time, pH and non-ionic surfactant osculatily.
