摘要
对镀铜FSS平板和镀银FSS平板进行了温度循环、湿热试验和盐雾试验3方面的环境模拟试验,从材料科学的角度分析了环境试验对FSS传输性能的影响。结果表明,环境试验会对导电层的表面微观结构造成损伤,使导电层的导电能力降低,从而造成FSS平板的传输系数降低和频带宽度增加;但环境试验不会破坏FSS板的宏观特征,因此,FSS的中心谐振频率没有明显变化。
The temperature shock test, damp heat test and salt fog test have been completed for plated copper frequency selective surface(FSS) and plated silver FSS, and the mechanism of influence of environmental test on transmission property of FSS is analyzed in material science method. The result show environmental test can destroy the surface microcosmic structure of the electric layer and decrease the conductivity of FSS plate, as a result of the destroyed behavior the transmission ratio of FSS plate decreases and the band width of FSS plate increases. The environmental test can not destroy the macroscopical character of FSS plate, so the resonant frequency of FSS plate do not display obviously change after the environmental test.
