摘要
研究了气相沉积方法制备的Co掺杂ZnO纳米线的结构及其磁学性能。结果表明,Co离子代替Zn离子的位置进入ZnO晶格,样品的磁性能对实验条件的依赖性比较大,通入适量空气的条件下制备的样品具有室温铁磁性。
The crystal structure and magnetic properties of Co-doped ZnO nanowires which synthesised by chemical vapor deposition method were investigated. The X-ray diffraction results show that the Co ions had incorporated into the ZnO lattice by substituting the Zn ions. The magnetic property of the Co-doped ZnO nanowires have relation to the experiment condition. The sample obtained under additional air exhibits room temperature ferromagnetic behavior.
