摘要 在P2O5-Fe2O3-MoO3-V2O5玻璃中掺杂SiC(N)纳米吸收剂,采用热压烧结制备了吸渡涂层,并测试了x渡段的介电性能,并计算了其室温反射率。结果表明,在玻璃基体中加入5%(质量分数)的纳米吸收剂后,吸渡涂层介电常数的实部和虚部均有大幅度的增加;介电常数随着频率的升高而有一定的下降,具有比较好的频散效应;由所得介电常数设计的2.2mm厚的吸渡涂层在X波段的反射率基本都小于-10dB,有的达到-12dB。 In this paper, 33.6MoO3-22.4V2O5-24P2O5-20Fe2O3 glasses was prepared and characterized using as the matrix materials of absorbing coating. The permittivity and reflectivity of absorbing coating of 33.6MoO3-22.4V2O5-24P2O5-20Fe2O3 glass doped with SiC(N) nano powder were researched. Results show that 33.6MoO3-22.4V2O5-24P2O5-20Fe2O3 glass can be served as the matrix glass of absorbing coating because of its high glass forming ability, good water durability and thermal expansion coefficients. The permittivity of matrix glass is very low. When the absorbing coating doped with 5wt% absorber, the permittivity increased rapidly and decreased with the increasing frequency. The reflectivity of the designed absorbing coating of 2.2mm thickness was mostly lower than -- 10dB at X band.
