摘要
采用化学镀镍和钴的方法对碳纤维进行表面改性,并研究了施镀条件变化对碳纤维在X(8.5~12.5GHz)波段电磁参数的影响。将改性和未改性的碳纤维吸波材料用环氧树脂包覆压制成相同碳纤维百分比的样板作对比测试,结果显示改性碳纤维能够在C波段较好地提高吸波性能。初步分析了改性碳纤维的吸波机理。
Carbon fibre was modified with electroless nickel and cobalt in different electroless solution. The behavior of modified carbon fibre is better absorption to C band of frequency than naked carbon fibre in PET composites. The results show that electromagnetic properties were affected by the difference of the relevant changes of conditions at the X band of frequency. Nickel and cobalt was coated on fibre. Object that being coated and being made to same pretreated condition then being tested by electromagnetic microwave reflected the band of frequency which well-absorbed radar will be to low frequency band and the results will be better than the fibre which unmodificated, and there is a good absorbing effect within C band of frequency. The elementary mechanism for microwave absorbing of radar absorber was analyzed.
