氮化铝薄膜改善LED散热性能的研究

摘要 研究了氮化铝薄膜对LED灯散热情况的影响,并与导热硅脂(Ks609)涂层的散热效果进行了比较,结果表明:导热涂层能加强LED的散热,氮化铝薄膜散热效果优于导热硅脂;对红、白、绿3种颜色LED,相同条件下,散热材料对红色LED的散热效果最好。研究结果为氮化铝薄膜应用于LED散热系统提供了参考数据。 In this paper, the effect of AlN thin films on the thermolysis property of LED lamps used in atmosphere environment has been studied, comparing with thermal conductive silicon grease(KS609) coating, it shows that thermal conductive coating can increase the thermolysis of LED,and AlN thin films is better than thermal conductive silicon grease coating;meanwhile in the same condition, the thermolysis property of red LED is the best.Oweing to the conclusion, it will set up foundation that AlN thin films used on thermolysis system of LED.
