摘要
国家把土地定位为最重要的宏观经济管理手段,把国土资源部门定位为宏观管理部门,加大力度整顿土地市场,全面推行并不断完善经营性用地出让的招拍挂制度.从土地市场调控博弈分析来思考目前我国土地市场的价格问题,提出一些建议和对策.
Land is orientated as the most important measure of national macroeconomic management by the Chinese government, and departments of land resources are determined as macro-management departments. It is required that the land marketing should be rectified powerfully, and the marketing land sale systems such as calling for bids and auction etc. , should be pushed out comprehensively and perfected continuously. Price issues of our land marketing at present will be discussed in this paper by the land marketing regulation and game theory as well as some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
