一种新型超声波喷涂系统的喷头设计

A New Nozzle Design of Ultrasonic Spraying System

摘要 根据压电陶瓷的逆压电效应原理设计了一种新的超声波喷涂系统喷头,对其工作原理进行了介绍,并用有限元对喷头结构进行了动态分析与计算,制作了样机模型,进行了实验验证。 Based on reverse piezoelectricity of ceramic,a new ultrasonic spraying nozzle has been developed. The working principle is introduced, and the dynamic performance of the structure is analyzed and calculated with FEA. A prototype has been made.
