摘要
目前用于沙生灌木切削的削片机普遍存在动力输出大而造成能源浪费的问题,为了确定切削力的大小,基于木材切削的普遍规律设计了用于测量切削力的小型传感器对切削过程进行监测,从而得出在不同切削状态下主切削力和法向切削力的值,为后续工作提供参考。
Because of the power waste of the existing sandy-shiub chipper with big power output,a kind of sensor measuring the cutting force is designed to monitor the cutting process according to the universal law of cutting timber and obtain the real values of the axial and normal cutting force in different cutting conditions. All that has done is to provide the reference for the later research.
