摘要
报告了5例慢性粒细胞性白血病致阴茎异常勃起，其中2例行单纯化疗治愈，2例行全身化疗加椎管内化疗治愈．1例在全身化疗的基础上行阴茎-尿道海绵体分流术治愈。作者认为．异常增多的白细胞对阴茎微小静脉的阻塞是发病的主要原因，白血病化疗是治疗该病的基础，青少年不明原因的阴茎勃起应考虑到本病的可能性。
Five cases of priapism associatd with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML)are reported. The mechanism and clinical manifestation of the disease are discussed. It isbelieved that chemotherapy to CML is the main treatment,while local operation on penis andgeneral treatment can be carried out as aduunct methods.
