南充地区健康成人静脉血血细胞参考范围调查

Investigation on the reference range of venous blood cells among healthy adults in Nanchong area

目的建立南充地区健康成人静脉血血细胞22项参数的参考范围。方法用美国CELL-DYN 3700五分类全自动血细胞分析仪对2290例健康成人静脉血进行检测并分析其结果。结果健康成人不同性别大部分血细胞参数存在着极显著差异，而淋巴细胞百分率和嗜碱粒细胞百分率无显著差异。血小板显著低于大多数国内外报道。结论南充地区男女静脉血血细胞大部分参数存在性别和地域的差别，因此有必要建立本地区的血细胞参考范围。

Objective To establish the reference range of 22 items parameters of venous blood cells among healthy adults in Nanchong area. Methods Abbot CELL-DYN 3700 Hematology Analyzer was used to examine the venous blood cells from 2 290 healthy adults in Nanchong area, and the results were analyzed. Results The statistical analysis of u test revealed there were significant differences on most parameters of venous blood cells between males and females, while there was no significant difference of percentanges of lymphocytes and basophils. Platelet count was much lower than those mostly reported at home and abroad, but close to the results reported by WANG Gui-lan （from Lanzhou） and YANG Da-jun （from Guiyang）. Conclusion Region and gender differences exit in some parameters of venous blood cells. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the reference range of venous blood cells according to local region.
