摘要
目的研究中药材猫爪草有机酸部位的药理作用及化学组成。方法体外结核菌药敏试验和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)。结果药材的有机酸部位具有抗结核作用,并有量效关系;GC-MS分析表明含有多种有机酸成分。结论有机酸部位应为药材的抗结核有效部位之一。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the pharmacological effect and chemical composition of the organic acid of Radix Ranunculns Ternati.METHOD In vitro susceptibility test on tuberculosis bacteria and GC-MS technique were used. RESULT The organic acid of the drug had anti-tuberculosis effect with dose-effect relationship. GC-MS analysis indicated that multiple kinds of organic acid existed. CONCLUSION The organic acid of the drug is responsible for its anti-tuberculosis effect.
