聚戊烯醇同系物体外对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究聚戊烯醇同系物对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法,观察聚物烯醇同系物对SGC-7901人胃癌细胞株、LoVo人结肠腺癌细胞株、Hela人宫颈癌细胞株的抑制作用。结果P-1、P-2体外对LoVo、SGC-7901和Hela细胞株细胞株的抑制率较低,P-3体外对LoVo、SGC-7901和Hela细胞株抑制率较高,并随浓度和时间的增加抑制作用也呈增强趋势。结论聚戊烯醇同系物对肿瘤细胞均呈不同程度的抑制作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibiting effect of pentenol homologens on tumor ceils.METHOD MTT method was adopted to observe the inhibiting effect of pentenol homologens on SGC-7901 human cancer cell strains, LoVo human colon adenocarcinoma cell strains and Hela human uterine cervix cancer cell strains.RESULT P-1 and P-2 had relatively low inhibiting effect on the cancer cell strains, while P-3 had relatively high inhibiting effect, which tended to increase with the increase of concentration and time. CONCLUSION Pentenol homologens has different degrees of inhibiting effect on tumor cells.
