摘要 目的采用一次性微波消解原子荧光法测定江苏栽培品白花蛇舌草药材中有害重金属砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、汞(I-Is)的含量,建立白花蛇舌草重金属的含量检测方法,为从源头上控制中药白花蛇舌草的质量提供科学依据。方法一次性微波消解法,氢化物发生原子荧光法。结果江苏5个产地栽培品白花蛇舌草As、cd、Pb、Hg的RSD〈3.0%,加样回收率分别为95,1%、99.2%、106.8%、91.4%,均在90.0%~110.0%的范围内。结论本法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于中药材有害重金属的含量检测。 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of hanmful heavy metal As, Cd, Pb and Hg in Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae grown in Jiangsu Province, and establish the content determination method for heavy metals in Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae so as to provide scientific basis for the quality control of the herb.METHOD Microwave resolution method and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy were used. RESULT The contents of the heavy metals in Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae grown in 5 different locations were detemlined: RSD 〈 3.0%, sample recovery rate was 95.1%, 99.2%, 106.8 %, 91.4% respectively, all within the range of 90.0 % ~ 110.0 %. CONCLUSION This method is simple with high sensitivity and reproducibility, and therefore can be used in determining the content of heavy metals in Chinese drugs.
