通心络胶囊治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛39例

Treatment of 39 Cases of Chronic Stable Angina Pectoris with Tongxinluo Capsule

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法76例慢性稳定性心绞痛患者,采用随机对照的方法,治疗组39例给予通心络胶囊加用倍他洛克、辛伐他汀及肠溶阿斯匹林,对照组37例只给予倍他洛克、辛伐他汀及肠溶阿斯匹林。4周后进行主要症状心绞痛、心电图等疗效评估。结果治疗组心电图总有效率71.18%,优于对照组48.64%(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛疗效确切。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.METHOD Seventy-six patients were randomly divided into a control group of 39 patients treated with Tongxinluo Capsule as well as western drugs Metoprolol, Simvastafin, and enteric-coated aspirin, and a control group treated with only the western drugs mentioned above. All the patients were given therapeutic effect evaluation four weeks after the treatment. RESULT The total effective rates with ECG obtained in the treatment and control groups were 71.18 % and 48.64 % respectively （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Tongxinluo Capsule has deftnite effect in treating stable angina pectoris.
