600名儿童美国社会适应行为量表测定结果分析

Analysis of AAMD-ABS for investigating 600 children in Qingdao

目的探讨儿童社会适应行为在不同地区的差异性和造成差异的原因，为本地区儿童社会适应行为诊断提供依据。方法采用上海精神卫生中心标化的美国社会适应行为量表（ＡＡＭＤ－ＡＢＳ）测定了３０名弱智儿童和重复测定了４０名正常儿童对量表进行评估，证明该量表具有良好的效度和信度，测定了６００名６３～１２２岁正常儿童，所测分值与美国同龄儿童标准分值进行差异分析比较。结果我国儿童社会适应行为与美国儿童比较在某些主题存在明显差异性，在独立功能、躯体发育、社会化、行为问题方面低于美国儿童，在语言发育、计数计时、责任性方面高于美国儿童。结论儿童社会适应行为在不同地区存有明显差异，在评价儿童社会适应行为时应引起高度重视。

Objective To explore the difference of usage of Adapt Behavior Scal made by American Association on Mental Deficiency (AAMD-ABS) among various areas. Methods we Evaluated 600 normal children (age 6～12 years) by using the scale, and compared the result between Chinese children and America same age children. Results there were significant difference in some main point of adapt behevior between two countries. The Chinese children have higher language, calculate and self control ability than America children otherwise, America children have higher independent, social ability, and well behavior than Chinese children Conclusion The significant difference exist among various areas children for adapt behavior.
