Condition of Two-week Prevalence Rate of Urban and Rural Residents in Weihai City

目的了解威海市城乡居民两周患病情况,为有关部门制定相应卫生政策提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对被调查对象进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行相关统计分析。结果威海市城市和农村居民的两周患病率分别为73.3‰、109.4‰;呼吸系统疾病是影响威海居民两周患病率的主要疾病,占42.2%;威海市城乡居民男性两周患病率为83.7‰,女性为118.7‰;城市中享受公费医疗保险的人群两周患病率为180.6‰,其他保障形式人群的两周患病率均低于80‰;文化程度是影响威海居民两周患病率的重要因素。结论威海市城市、农村居民两周患病率均低于全国平均水平;农村中男女性居民两周患病率均明显高于城市;城市和农村不同医疗保障形式别的两周患病率有差异;文化程度越高两周患病率越低。

Objective To observe and analyze the condition of the two-week prevalence rate of urban and rural residents in Weihai city, to provide evidences for constituting corresponding hygienic policy for the government. Methods The objects who were selected with multistage cluster random sampling were investiga- ted by questionnaires and the results were analyzed. Results The two-week prevalence rates of urban and rural residents in Weihai city were 73.3 and 109.4, respectively. The respiratory system diseases were the main diseases that influenced the two-week prevalence rate. The two-week prevalence rate of male was 83.7 and 118.7% of female; the two-week prevalence of urban residents who had free medicare was 180. 6 and the rate was lower than 80 in that who had other forms of medicare; the education degree was the important factor which could influence the two-week prevalence rate. Conclusions The correlative index of Two-week preva- lence rate of urban and rural residents is lower than the average level of country, the two-week prevalence rate of male and female in rural area is obvious higher than that of urban; the difference of two-week prevalence rate is obvious in residents who have different forms of medicare ; the higher education degree people have, the less disease they suffer.
