摘要
把经过硅烷偶联剂KH-550表面处理的纳米SiO2加入到浇注型聚氨酯反应体系,制备了纳米SiO2增强的聚氨酯弹性体(PUR);研究了弹性体的力学性能,用扫描电镜分析了纳米SiO2在PUR中的分散情况,用差热分析仪研究了复合材料的耐热性能,并用动态热机械分析仪研究了复合材料的阻尼性能。结果表明:纳米SiO2颗粒可以较均匀地分散在PUR基体中,提高了材料的力学性能、耐热性能和阻尼性能。
Casted polyurethane(PUR) based composites filled with surface modified nano-sized SiO2 were prepared. The mechanical properties, heat-resistant performance and damping performance were studied. The microstructure analysis was conducted with scaning electron microscopy. The results show that the hardness and longitudinal strength are increased, the heat-resistant performance and damping performance are improved and the nano-sized SiO2 dispersed in the PUR homogeneously.
