摘要 简要介绍了解析分层法的基本原理,确立了压力管道风险因素权重计算的方法和步骤,形成了压力管道风险管理的定量风险分析方法,从而可以更加科学合理地进行压力管道风险识别与确认,有针对性地进行风险管理。给出了长输管道风险因素解析分层法权数计算的成功应用案例。 The basic theory of hierarchy analysis was introduced and the methods and procedures of calculating the weight of different risk elements of pressure pipe were provided, thus a way of quantitative analysis for pressure pipe risk management was formed. Identification of pressure pipe incidents will be carried out more scientifically and direct risk management will be accom- plished by taking this new measure of risk analyzing. Cases of successful application in calculating the weight of different risk elements of long distance pipe were provided.
